HOW DO WE FIND OUT THE TRUTH?

The best way to determine whether your partner is cheating on you is to conduct surveillance on them when they are away from you. Evidence of “opportunity” includes observing and/or documenting parties as they enter a home, vehicle, hotel room, or other location where they could be alone, and then observing them as they emerge together later. For example, observing a man enter a female’s residence only to emerge in the morning, after his vehicle remained there through the night, indicates an “overnight stay” and is clear evidence of opportunity for an affair. To show “inclination,” evidence might include small displays of affection, such as kissing, holding hands, standing closely together, hugging, or any other romantic behavior. Emails, phone calls, and receipts can also be considered evidence of inclination, and along with opportunity, it may be enough to prove adultery or infidelity.
